The problem
Every leave request, attendance question, payroll query and client deadline went through the founder.
What I found
The founder was the integration between four spreadsheets. Removing that job mattered more than any single feature.

- Staff check in, request leave and download payslips without routing through the founder.

- Check-ins and approved leave flow into the monthly payroll run. No re-entry.
